Monesia - MObility Network Europe-Southamerica: an Institutional Approach

This is generally not possible for Target Group 1 since students and staff have to be registered at one of the 10 Latin American partner universities.
Target Group 2 addresses to Nationals of Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay registered at a university in their home country, which isn't part of the Monesia partner universities' network or Nationals of Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay who have already obtained a degree from a higher education by an institution of these countries.
In order to belong to Target Group 3 you need to hold the nationality of Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay and proof that you belong to disadvantaged Groups (ethnic minorities, refugees, asylum seekers, socio-economically disadvantaged people).

This makes it possible for Latin American Nationals living in Europe to apply for a scholarship if they belong to either Target Group 2 or 3.
